The Fashion Event made a colorful return to the Nisei Week schedule on July 27, with a stunning display of kimono couture at the Japanese American National Museum. Featured were designs from Sueko Oshimoto as well as Yokang, modeled by a host of local icons, including former Nisei Week court members Monika Teuffel and Amber Piatt.
