Emiko Amy Miyagawa, 90, made her peaceful transition on August 23, 2014. Widow of Daisho Miyagawa, she is survived by daughters Yuri and Misako, son Taiji, grandson Troi Pang, 3 brothers, 3 sisters, many nieces, nephews and their offspring. She leaves great memories with many friends, a rich legacy as a family elder, 4 decades of work as a trend-setting fashion designer, and hundreds of paintings following the attainment of a B.F.A. degree in retirement.
