Los Angeles City Councilmember Jose Huizar visited a meeting of the Little Tokyo Senior Residents Association on Sept. 24 at the Little Tokyo Towers dining hall. He distributed senior emergency response kits to the residents. LTSRA seeks to represent the 1,200 seniors living in five affordable housing complexes and three residential hotels in Little Tokyo. Its mission is to identify and represent the needs and rights of low-income senior residents and to increase their involvement in issues of concern to them, and in civic life generally. (MARIO G.
