Private family services for the late Mr. Richard “Rick” Kimura, 65-year-old, long-time resident of Los Angeles who passed away peacefully on Oct. 22, 2014, were held on Friday, Nov. 14, at Fukui Mortuary “Chapel in the Garden,” with Father Brian Delaney officiating.
Because of Richard’s service in the U.S. Marine Corps, his burial took place at Riverside National Cemetery, Riverside, California, on Wednesday, Nov. 19, with full military honors.
He is predeceased by his parents, George and Patricia Kimura. He is survived by his brothers, George (Jayne Alcala), Timothy (Lucia) and Ronald Kimura; nephew, Isamu Kimura; also survived by friends and other relatives.
