Funeral services for the late Mr. Toshio Kawaguchi, 87-year-old, Terminal Island-born, Nisei veteran of the Korean War, and a lifetime resident of Los Angeles, who passed away peacefully on Nov. 7, will be held on Friday, Nov. 14, from 3 p.m. at Zenshuji Soto Mission, 123 S. Hewitt St., Los Angeles.
He is survived by his loving children: Dr. Alan (Dr. Linda) Kawaguchi of Stockton, Calif., and Karen (Robert) Chang of San Diego, Calif.; grandchildren, Alex and Andrew Kawaguchi and Nolan and Annika Chang; sister, Terry Sugamura of Los Angeles; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
