A private graveside service for Kazuo Kiyomura, 94-year-old, Portland, Ore.-born Nisei, WWII veteran, who passed away on Jan. 11, 2015 in Torrance, was held on Saturday, Jan. 31, 2015 at Rose Hills Memorial Park.

He is predeceased by his wife, Mae Kiyomura, and survived by his three daughters, Pearl (Melvin) Iizuka, Patty (Kelly) Eastham, and Sho (Craig) Masumiya of Highlands, Colo.; grandchildren, Katrina (Rich) Winiarski of Cleveland, Ohio, Gena Celli, Jeff (Georgette) Tufts, Kelly Masumiya of San Francisco, Lisa (Greg) Guadagnolo of San Francisco, Kristin Iizuka; great-grandchildren, Chloe Thuler, Luke Tufts, Kane Celli, and Kaz Winiarski of Cleveland, Ohio; sister, Misty (Tom) Takeoka of Bellevue, Wash.; also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
