GARDENA — Come to the Gardena Valley Japanese Cultural Institute on Friday Oct. 30, from 5 to 7 p.m. for a night of spooky family fun.

GVJCI will be having its first-ever Obake Night, and for only $5 kids (ages 4 to 14) get access to Halloween-themed rooms. Play games, make crafts, and eat a lot of candy and other treats. There will also be a taiko performance at 5:30 p.m. and a magic show at 6 p.m.
