Steve Takashi Shigematsu

Funeral service for Steve Takashi Shigematsu, 85, a Sacramento-born Nisei and resident of Los Angeles, who passed away on Jan. 29 after a prolonged illness, will be held on Saturday, Feb. 3, 10 a.m. at Fukui Mortuary Chapel, 707 E Temple St., L.A., with Rev. Cliff Ishigaki officiating.
He is survived by his wife, Jean; sons David and Dr. Ronald (Grace) Shigematsu; grandchildren, Jonathan of Seattle, Stephen and Christina (Christopher) Balog of San Francisco; and many other relatives.
