Leo Shigeto Shinohara

Leo Shigeto Shinohara, 80-year-old lifelong resident of Los Angeles County, passed away peacefully in his sleep on May 15, 2018. He is survived by his niece, Erica, many extended cousins/relatives, and dear friends. He was a resident of Poston War Relocation Center during WWII, a U.S. Army Veteran, and a retiree from the City of Los Angeles with over 30 years of public service. He will always be remembered for his magnanimous generosity, steadfast dedication to his family and friends, and always putting the needs of others before his own. Respecting his last wishes, there will be no formal memorial service.
