Shoji Tanaka, 89, California-born Nisei, resident of Monterey Park, passed away peacefully on June 18, 2018.
He is survived by his loving wife, Sumiko; brother, Masami Tanaka.
Memorial service will be held on Friday, July 13, 11:00 a.m. at Fukui Mortuary “Chapel in the Garden,” 707 East Temple St., Los Angeles, with a minister of Hompa Hongwanji Buddhist Temple officiating. The family requests no koden.
