Arthur Hideo Nishitsuji

Arthur Hideo Nishitsuji, 89 year-old, Las Animas, Colo.-born resident of Torrance, passed away peacefully on Aug. 25, 2018. A private family service was held on Sept. 6, 2018 at Inglewood Park Cemetery with Reverend Brian Lo, chaplain of Vitas Hospice, officiating.

He is survived by his loving family: wife, Itsuko “Edie” Nishitsuji; daughters, Diane (Robert) Akashi and Peggy Nishitsuji; grandchildren, Tracy and Kelly Akashi; siblings, Ida Shioshima of Japan, Anna Kunugi of Colorado, Irene (Larry) Shimamoto, Bill Nishitsuji; he is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
