Tom Shishido - Rafu Shimpo

Private funeral services for the late Tom Shishido, 98-year-old resident of Los Angeles, who passed away on Oct. 3, were held on Saturday, Oct. 10, at Inglewood Park Cemetery, officiated by Rev. Gary Oba of West Los Angeles United Methodist Church.

He was survived by his wife, Kinu Shishido; brother-in-law, William (Nancy) Matsushima, and sister-in-law, Fumiko Ozaki; children, Kenneth (Tammy) Shishido, Carol (Larry) Fujita, and Ron Shishido; grandchildren, Shannon Starbird of Arizona, Tyler Newland; great-grandchildren, Brody and Serenity Vanderpool of Arizona, and Emma Starbird of Arizona; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives here.
