Private funeral services will be held for the late Yuko Mayemura. The Japan-born resident of Cerritos passed away peacefully Wednesday, Dec. 16, at the age of 85 years old.
She is predeceased by her husband Teruo Mayemura and survived by her children, Allan (Grace) Mayemura and Grace (Glen) Kau; grandchildren, Collin and Jennifer Mayemura, Cheyne Hirota and Jake Kau; siblings, Katashi (Kiyoko) Matsushita of Japan, Satoshi (Nobuko) Matsushita of Japan, Kinuko (Tatsuichi) Higashi, Sachiro (Keiko) Matsushita of Japan and Takashi (Fujiko) Matsushita of Japan; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives here and in Japan.
