Sumiko Tanaka of Monterey Park, Calif., passed away quietly in her sleep on April 28, 2021.
She is survived by her brother, Shoji Sugiura; niece, Naomi Ikeda Hackett (Ted); and brother-in-law, Sam Tanaka (Carol).
Memorial service was held on May 17 at Rose Hills, Whittier, Calif, under the direction of Fukui Mortuary.
