Michi Yano-Nakamura, 73, who was born in Los Angeles and resided in Gardena, passed away peacefully on February 8, 2024.
Predeceased by her beloved husband, Nobuo (Bob) Nakamura, she is survived by her brother, Stanley; stepdaughters, Lori (Bobby) Ikeda and Kelly (Mike) Lasconia; stepson, Tod Nakamura; four grandchildren; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, March 15, 2024, at 10 a.m. at South Bay Community Church, 2549 W. 190th St., Torrance, CA 90504.
