Private family services for the late Fusako Shibuya, 104-year-old California-born, resident of Los Angeles, who passed away peacefully on February 21, 2024, were held on March 9 at Fukui Mortuary Chapel.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Koichi Shibuya, and their son, Edward Shibuya. She is survived by loving family: sons, Mark (Jing Xu) Shibuya and Patrick (Kathy Abe) Shibuya; grandchildren, Isabella Shibuya, Kioko (Douglas) Cox, and Jon (Anita Yim) Shibuya; great-grandchildren, Ayame and Bryce Cox, Allison, and Ashley Shibuya; she is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
