Private family services for the late Yo “Yoshiko” Mishima, 96-year-old, Calif.-born, resident of Gardena, who passed away peacefully on December 15, 2024, were held at Green Hills Memorial Park graveside with Rev. Hibiki Murakami from Hompa Hongwanji Buddhist Temple officiating.
She is survived by her loving family: sons, Don (Mari) Mishima and Todd (Janet) Mishima; daughter, Shelley Bussen; grandchildren, Lindsey Bussen, Keiko, Katie, and Brandon Mishima and Dina Troupe; great-grandsons, Dameon Bussen, Thomas Bussen and Nyko Bussen; she is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
