Tom Teranishi, 91 years old, born in San Francisco, California, a longtime resident of Los Angeles, passed away on April 22 at California Mission Inn-Rose Manor in Rosemead.
He is survived by his son, Paul (Nancy) Teranishi; and their daughters, Loryn and Kari; daughter, Joni (Mark) Nagata; and their children, Marisa, Matthew, Trina, Kimie, and Luke; daughter, Ann (Keith) Harrison, and their daughter, Kylie; and daughter, Vicki, and her son, Dylan Kaiser. He also leaves behind his sister, Alice Matsushima. Predeceased by brother, John Teranishi and sister, Helen Takahashi.
A funeral mass will be held on May 10, 2025, at St. Francis Xavier Church Japanese Catholic Center, 222 S. Hewitt St., Los Angeles, CA 90012, officiated by Father Doan S.J.
