Shinkoda also starred as recurring villain Nobu Yoshioka in Seasons 1 and 2 of Marvel’s “Daredevil.” His latest role is Lt. Col. Ito in the film “Prisoner of War.”

Sensei William Christopher Ford played Cobra Kai bad boy Dennis De Guzman in “The Karate Kid Part III.” He reprised this role in the sixth and final season of the Netflix series “Cobra Kai.” In addition to being an actor and indie film producer, Ford is a fifth-degree black belt in Okinawan Shorin Ryu karate and is the owner and chief instructor of Kaizen Dojo Martial Arts and Self Defense in Torrance.

Takahashi is also a writer/director who has produced several projects, including the Nisei Week Virtual Experience, various stage shows, and a web series called “HIT.”
Currently he is working on new projects still in development that are under NDA (non-disclosure agreements) at the moment. These projects will be releasing later in 2026. Takahashi is using his creative expertise to combine the skills and talent from being on different productions at Fox/Disney, Lionsgate, IFC, and Tencent LightSpeed LA, and is also working with directors like Sam Raimi and Clint Eastwood to bring their own unique fingerprint to new projects.
