Tomizo Joe “TJ”, 87, a Terminal Island-born Nisei and resident of Carlsbad, Calif., passed away peacefully at home on June 21.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, June 29, 7 p.m. at Cerritos Baptist Church, 11947 Del Amo Blvd., Cerritos, CA 90703.
TJ is survived by son Randy, daughter-in-law, Joy, daughter, Lisa, grandchildren; Bryce, Kaitlyn and Cameron and sisters Suzuko Shirokawa, Misao Kosaka.
