Sumire Hosoda, 86, born Feb. 26, 1926 in Los Angeles, passed away on Dec. 14, 2012 in Los Alamitos. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister. Survived by her children, Susan, Ron, Jay and Joe; 7 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; siblings, Kanji and Toshiko. Service will be held on Saturday, Dec. 22, 2012, at 11 a.m. at St. Francis Episcopal Church, 12700 Paddison Ave., Norwalk, CA. Burial will follow at Rose Hills Memorial Park, 3888 Workman Mill Road, Whittier, CA. Gate 10.
