Memorial service for the late Mr. Kuniharu Hihara, a California-born, Kibei-Nisei resident of Monterey Park who passed away on April 9, 2013, was held privately, officiated by Rev. Mark Nakagawa of Centenary United Methodist Church.
Mr. Hihara is survived by his beloved wife, Kimiko Hihara; brothers, Hiroharu (Izumi) Hihara of California, and Kiyoharu Hihara of Japan. Also survived by many other family members both here and in Japan.
