Dorothy Yumiko Nakamura, age 96, a long-time resident of Rosemead passed away on Sunday, Nov. 25. She is survived by brother, Rev. Harry Murakami; sister, Chickie Sakauye; four children, Caroline Nakamura, Pat Kersten, Judy Griggs, and Grace Nakamura; four grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Services will be held at Centenary United Methodist Church, 300 So. Central Ave., Los Angeles, on Monday, Dec. 2, 2013 at 11 a.m. Instead of flowers, please donate to the Centenary Church Fund.
