By GENIE NAKANO
Dad kept
the braid of my long hair
in his chest of drawers
he always wanted me
to stay his little girl
a sewing kit Dad made
books, sculptures, gemstones
all the treasures
we found in his house
collecting dust
his belongings
given away to…
can’t recall anymore
I continue my father’s quest
a nomad in this world
