Consul General of Japan Harry Horinouchi opened his official residence in Los Angeles on Oct. 31 for the annual luncheon of the Nichi Bei Fujinkai (Japan America Women’s Association).

Nichi Bei Fujinkai will celebrate its 85th anniversary next year. It was established in 1930 to develop international friendships between the women of Japan and the United States.
