Tadashi Kubota, a 98-year-old Hiroshima, Japan-born Issei resident of West Los Angeles, passed away on May 24, 2017.
He is survived by his children, Susumu (Yasuko) Kubota, Mick Makoto (Norma) Kubota and Kinuko (Jerry) Hashimoto. Also survived by many other relatives.
Services were held privately at Fukui Mortuary “Chapel in the Garden,” officiated by Rev. Fumiaki Usuki of West Los Angeles Buddhist Temple.
