Cerritos City Councilmember Frank Aurelio Yokoyama (left) met with Consul General Kenko Sone on Sept. 6 at the Consulate General of Japan in Downtown Los Angeles. Yokoyama presented Sone with the Official Tile of the City of Cerritos. The honor is given to officials and organizations that represent the City of Cerritos, and to government officials and agencies that the city has important relationships with.
