Agnes Mizuho Uchida died peacefully at her home in South Pasadena on November 2, 2025, at the age of 93.
Agnes was born on October 23, 1932. In 1952 she married Joe Uchida. They went on to have three children. Over the course of her life, she was an artist and landscaper, a home gardener, an avid reader, a terrific cook, and followed every Dodger and USC Trojans game. Agnes was a friend to many in the community of South Pasadena and beyond. She will be dearly missed.
She is survived by her three children, Alan, Craig, and Naomi (John Foley); three grandchildren, Maria (Ted Pleiman), Jennifer (Jeff Franklin), and Melinda (Sergio Camarena); three great-grandchildren, Cora, Lucy, and Nicole; and numerous nephews and nieces.
