Private family services for the late Sally Riyo Kuriyama, 88-year-old, California-born resident of Gardena, who passed away on Sept. 7, 2019, were held on Saturday, Oct. 5, at Higashi Honganji Buddhist Temple.
Predeceased by her brothers, Masaharu, Shinji, Keizo and Teruichi Kozai; she is survived by her daughter, Jan (Bruce) Unoura; siblings, Toshiaki (Tomiyo) Kozai, Nobuko Bevins, and Henry Kozai; she is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
