Funeral service for Shuji Taketomo, 95-year-old resident of Gardena who passed away on July 6, 2012 at Memorial Hospital of Gardena, will be held on Saturday, July 21, at 10 a.m. at Gardena Buddhist Church, 1517 W. 166th St., Gardena.
He is survived by his wife, Chieko Taketomo; daughter, Amy (Albert Raska) Taketomo; son, Rick (Lynn) Taketomo; grandson, Ryan S. Taketomo; granddaughter, Lauren Taketomo; many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
